Woman run Business - Behind the scenes at Menchie's
About this meeting idea
We timed this meeting to align with the Treats and Keeps fundraiser, so our girls would have a chance to learn about a real woman-owned business. The girls got to learn about what it means to run a franchise, got to go behind the scenes, get in the fridge and freezer, and see how Frozen Yogurt is made! Then we got to eat Fro-yo. We read a library book about how kids their age can make/save/spend money and talked about their ideas (raking, lemonade stand, washing mom's car, etc). We sent them home with a "Jar of Opportunities" project to do with their parents.

Menchie’s tours: Price: $11.99/child Includes: * Explanation of Menchie’s and BOH tour * 8 oz cup (one time serving of froyo and toppings), adults pay by weigh * Goody bag * Party room reservation up to 2 hrs Booking: * Minimum 10 children (chaperon required) * Pay $50 reservation fee to book tour (in store) -non refundable in case of cancelation, but store credit - can be reschedule 48 hrs before - reservation fee will be towards the final bill
