Our Daisies earned their Courageous and strong petal by doing a karate class at the Dojo with Coach Jared. Jared was awesome with the girls - they played games, learned some karate moves, and every girl got to break a board. Jared hosted us for free, and he gave discount cards for girls who wanted to sign up for Karate classes afterwards. We also read a book about other ways that they can be Courageous and Strong too, called Teeny Tiny Toady, by Jill Esbaum, I checked it out of the public library.
